Spec­tra II

With the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of the Spec­tra into the SPEC­TRA II, one of the qui­ckest and most pre­cise label prin­ters has been opti­mi­sed even further.

The first thing you see is the modern design line in which the 6.5″ touch dis­play, included as stan­dard, is a striking new fea­ture. It allows for intui­ti­ve manu­al ope­ra­ti­on: quick, direct and uncom­pli­ca­ted. The prin­ting pro­cess is quick as well: with speeds of up to 350 mm/s and addi­tio­nal trans­fer tape opti­mi­sa­ti­on, the­re are hard­ly any com­pa­ra­ble label prin­ters which can hold a cand­le to the Spec­tra II here. This inno­va­ti­on from Carl Valen­tin is thus the per­fect solu­ti­on for all indus­tries in which quick, pre­cise and high-qua­li­ty prin­ting results matter.

A wide varie­ty of optio­nal fea­tures such as skip gap (for maxi­mum uti­li­sa­ti­on of trans­fer rib­bon), roll-to-roll (rolls up to max 200 mm can be unwin­ded and rewinded intern­al­ly), bar­code scan­ner or WLAN round out the over­all impres­si­on: equip­ped for prac­ti­cal­ly any indus­tri­al infrastructure!

Cut­ter Unit for Spectra

The half-rota­ry Cut­ter per­mits cut­ting of labels up to 200 g/m².Single cut, inter­val cut and final cut can be selected.

Cut­ter Unit “Guil­lo­ti­ne” for Spec­tra 216/12

This Guil­lo­ti­ne cut­ting device makes it pos­si­ble to cut mate­ri­als weig­hing up to 220 g/m²/sup2; wit­hout any pro­blems. The kni­fe can be retro­fit­ted wit­hout any tech­ni­cal effort. In addi­ti­on to the sin­gle cut, the inter­val and end cut modes are available. The cut­ting can be con­trol­led by an exter­nal pul­se or automatically.

Dis­pen­sing device with light bar­ri­er for Spec­tra II 107/12

The pho­to­cell reco­gni­zes the label in the dis­pen­sing posi­ti­on and inter­rupts the print order. After remo­ving the label by hand the next label is prin­ted immediately.
